50: Rare Birds with Paul Stachniak

50: Rare Birds with Paul Stachniak

This week, podcaster and director Paul Stachniak joins Becky and Cam to talk 2001’s Newfoundland-based quirky comedy “Rare Birds”. We talk Andy Jones’ line delivery, inter-provincial insult puns, book to movie translations, and Molly Parker’s uncanny ability to salvage scripts. Rare Birds is available on iTunes in Canada.

On this week's show

There's perhaps no rarer bird than Paul Stachniak. Formerly of The Rewind and the Space Channel's The Circuit, his current role is as Multimedia Producer for Ting and Chief Creative officer for the Vinyl Collective.

In 2017, Stachniak edited the documentary short, "But, I'm Not Black," produced and directed by RCMPodcast regular, Danielle Ayow.

Stachniak also co-founded the band Imagine Dragons with Dan Reynolds in 2008.
