125: Nurse 3D (2013) with Stephanie Avery

This week, we’re crashing straight into “So Bad It’s Good” territory with the undeniably bananas Nurse 3D. We’re in luck, as artist Stephanie Avery actually worked on this movie for a few days back in 2013 (although we mistakenly say 2011), and she has some great behind the scenes stories.

We give the nurse lots of attention, going back through the whole history of it’s conception through to the train wreck that the set culture was, into its limited run on the screen in the 3D it was meant to be seen in. We hope to convince you that at least the first and last 5 minutes are totally worth a watch.

Nurse 3D is available on iTunes. Check out Tim Palen’s photography at his website (NSFW).
