150: Polytechnique (2009) and Home Again (2012) with Don Carmody

This week is a doozy as Becky sits down with Canadian super producer Don Carmody! We’ve covered a lot of Don’s movie in the time we’ve been doing this show, including Silent Hill, Resident Evil, Shivers, House by the Lake, Porky’s, and Goon and Becky’s personal favorite - THE SURROGATE. But that’s just a dip of the toe in terms of Don’s influence in Canadian film. Arguably, without him, we wouldn’t have a Canadian film industry as it exists today.

Don picked two of his favorite film’s he’s worked on over the years and we talk about them briefly (we may cover them in more detail later on in the run of the show) but, his time was limited - and he has so many amazing stories to tell. But don’t worry - Becky totally asks about The Surrogate.
